Strategic planning to the ear is quite simple; However, coupled with business development and a major eye in the spectrum of Real Estate will bring on it’s own challenges and complexities.    In order to fulfill this assignment to it’s maximum potential, it will need an acquired and experienced service leader to not only handle but to complete the full sculpture of it’s success.   It is my pleasure to utilize my 20 years of longevity in the business to pursue this assignment and assure that any of the difficulties will never be the concern of our partner.  I have specialized in management and improvement of commercial and residential Real Estate in both the regions of New York and Pennsylvania; My fiscal strategies are included in the necessary blueprint for planning received from education certified from St. John University for accounting and business management.     As an Officer of the Seven Empowered Associates, my goal is to establish positive relationships with you our partners, stakeholders and fellow business leaders.  Together we will determine concluded goals and initiatives for success 

Operations can cover an exceeding amount of information including plans for land, building, acquisitions, and leasing to name a few. The day-to-day processing could certainly become overwhelming if there are no instructions for the task assigned; even the potential experienced clients are not looking forward to the hassle that may come along with it. My 20 years of labor and experience will walk you through the steps to ease your mind.  It is my personal responsibility to provide hands-on consultation to manage the project until it’s completed.  If the mission goes beyond a simple project,  I will cater to the importance and urgency that is required. We at S.E.A. understand that operations is a consistent cycle of trust and dependability to work in your favor. I will oversee the process as you relax knowing that there is someone with a proven record to ensure your success.   As an Officer and committed managing partner of Seven Empowered Associates, my goal to simplify what can be a complex idea into a prosperous reality. 

The details of Real Estate is always documented by experts with literal prolific terminologies and written compositions that are often exhausting in its definitions. The preparation of documents for submission to retrieve to the lawyers, buyers or property owners can be quite tedious at times. Fortunately the patience of detail is my selected craftmanship that I have served in for over 25 years for business management; qualified and licensed with over 10 years in Real Estate, brings a vast of experience that is important for upholding the quality of all that we do in detail. Public Relations are my compliments when needed and I will assure that any contracts, deeds or reports that come to be explained and verified giving you a clear understanding along with required signatures in a timely manner.  My assignment also includes reports, or scheduled meetings (either by phone or email) that are personally arranged to facilitate a balance of awareness for all parties involved. It’s my assignment to handle all of your sensitive information and assure accountability to maintain confidentiality.    As an Officer of the Seven Empowered Associates, I will help to enable you with property ownership with through guidance and clarity for your winning success down to the last sentence.
